臘味世家 以孝相傳
中(zhong)華悠悠幾千年文化,以(yi)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)先。先圣孔子也(ye)奉孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)上(shang),認為(wei)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)是(shi)諸德之(zhi)(zhi)本。《孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)經(jing)(jing)》有云(yun),“夫孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),天之(zhi)(zhi)經(jing)(jing)也(ye),地之(zhi)(zhi)義也(ye),人(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)行也(ye)。”。孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),榮(rong)(rong)業(ye)的立(li)(li)業(ye)之(zhi)(zhi)本。 百年技藝得以(yi)傳承,也(ye)是(shi)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)道使(shi)然。第四(si)代傳人(ren)(ren)王顯(xian)韜先生(sheng)年紀(ji)雖(sui)輕,嘴邊卻經(jing)(jing)常(chang)掛著那(nei)么(me)一(yi)句話:孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)親(qin)者非惡類。他(ta)認為(wei),孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)義之(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren),必定不是(shi)大(da)惡之(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)。一(yi)個(ge)人(ren)(ren),如果對生(sheng)你養你的父母(mu)都不好(hao)的話,那(nei)還(huan)(huan)會善待(dai)其(qi)他(ta)人(ren)(ren)嗎?!不能(neng)盡孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的人(ren)(ren)大(da)多也(ye)不能(neng)盡忠,這(zhe)樣的人(ren)(ren)企業(ye)還(huan)(huan)敢用嗎?!故,以(yi)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)立(li)(li)品,以(yi)正(zheng)其(qi)身;以(yi)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)立(li)(li)身,以(yi)正(zheng)其(qi)行;以(yi)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)立(li)(li)行,以(yi)正(zheng)其(qi)事。所(suo)以(yi),孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)也(ye)成為(wei)了榮(rong)(rong)業(ye)的用人(ren)(ren)標準之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)。這(zhe)就是(shi)榮(rong)(rong)業(ye)的孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文化。 繼(ji)承衣缽,得于私,謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)小孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao);傳承家業(ye),得于族,謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao);尊承傳統,得于眾,謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)大(da)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。榮(rong)(rong)業(ye)臘味之(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)以(yi)能(neng)世代相(xiang)傳,皆以(yi)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)相(xiang)傳。
